ABOUT US
Public Defenders of Oregon is a coalition of 12 nonprofit public defenders that serve communities in 19 counties, and some clients statewide.
We employ more than 450 staff, and handle over 35,000 cases yearly–while training nearly all of Oregon’s new public defenders.
We are organized as a nonprofit 501(c)(4) to advocate for nonprofit public defender offices. Each of our members is a separate nonprofit law firm.
